6,000 hp Crushing Line Main Drive Noise Control, Hebei Jingye Group

A new 6,000 hp crushing line was installed at the 2 Mt/y scrap-processing project in Meng'erzhuang. The main drive ran at 105-120 dB(A), seriously affecting operators inside the workshop and in the control room. An acoustic enclosure around the main drive brought levels within the national standard and industry requirements.
